The training is an opportunity for youth workers from 5 EU and 5 neighboring partner countries to reflect about concepts and methods aiming at promoting diversity and tolerance in youth work. Workshops will be conducted to share experience with other participants and to learn about new concepts and methods in youth work under the guidance of experienced trainers. A variety of group exercises as well as visits to best practice projects in Berlin will contribute to the learning experience and enable networking. Furthermore the participants will share ideas and opinions regarding the presented concepts and methods and make plans for adapting these to their own work contexts and future activities with young people.
